Maintenance Cleaning Package Deluxe Cleaning Package *For current clients that already have regular cleaning service, if you would like one or some of the additional services to be done on your next appointment or a future appointment, just let us know ahead of time and we can certainly make extra time to be able to complete the additional service.*
But if you like, we can use your supplies and equipment instead. Some clients like for us to use their natural "Green Cleaning" Products, as well as equipment, due to allegies and such, if that is your case, just let us know.

Choose the best cleaning service that suits your needs and your budget. If your home has not had a good cleaning in quite some time, it is recommeded to start with the Deluxe Cleaning for your first time maid service then if you choose recurrent services you may go for the Maintenance Cleaning Package. Then as time goes by you may chose to do a Deluxe Cleaning every so often as you see fit for your home cleaning. You also have the choice of having a Deluxe Cleaning everytime for your recurrent cleaning service. It is ultimately up to you.

Our Home Cleaning Packages Described Below in Detail.
*Baths - Clean, scrub, and sanitize bathrooms (including tile and grout cleaning with bleach and commercial degreasers). Including toilets, showers, bathtubs, tile walls, chrome knobs and faucets, mirrors, counter tops and removing dust on all knickknacks as well as under them, shake and remove floor rugs then place back after cleaning floors.
*Kitchen - Clean, scrub, and sanitize kitchen. This includes inside microwave, sink, sink faucet, counter tops and removing dust on all knickknacks as well as under them, shake and remove floor rugs then place back after cleaning floors. Also all dirty dishes will be placed in dishwasher, you may run it at your convenience.
ALL ROOMS (including bathrooms and kitchen):
*Remove dust from windows sills/ledges and blinds with the microfiber cleaning cloths.
*Remove smudges from windows, including french doors with microfiber cleaning cloths.
*Remove all dust from furniture with the microfiber cleaning cloths.
*Make beds or change beds if new/clean sheets are placed on top, will place dirty linens on top of washing machine.
*Vacuum all carpet areas.
*Sweep and Mop with the Microfiber mop all hard surfaces with proper cleaning agents. Prior to sweeping or mopping we prep floors by placing loose or light furniture or knickknacks laying around on the floors on top of other furniture to clean floors under them, after drying we will place them back (for example, magazine rack, pet bowls, removable floor rugs or mats, ottomans, trash cans, etc...).
*Remove trash from all rooms and take out to dumpster.

Also all dirty dishes will be placed in the dishwasher to run, then they will be removed and dried before putting away. Please let us know if any dishes will need handwashing. Also let us know if you prefer no dishwashing, or if you would like us to load the dishwasher but NOT run it.

*Remove all the dust from ceiling fans with fan brooms.
*Remove cobwebs from ceilings, high up walls, including corners with long length duster.
*Remove dust from windows sills/ledges and blinds with the microfiber cleaning cloths.
*Remove smudges from windows, including french doors with microfiber cleaning cloths.
*Remove dust from high up furniture like book shelves with help of two step ladder.
*Remove all dust from furniture with microfiber cloths.
*Polish wood furniture
*Vacuum all dust from under and behind accessible furniture with attachment tube, including sofas, bookshelves, nightstands, coffee table and such.
*Vacuum baseboards with attachment tube.
*Vacuum sofas free of animal hair and/or loose dirt with attachment tube.
*Make beds or change beds if new/clean sheets are placed on top, will launder dirty linens unless otherwise told.
*Launder one load of towels. Laundry will be started at benning of cleaning to allow enough time to wash, dry and fold, if loads are given to launder in the middle or towards the end of the cleaning please know that there might not be enough time left to launder everything since the cleaning will be completed and we will not have anything to do other than wait on the machines.
*Vacuum all carpet areas.
*Sweep and Mop with the Microfiber mop all hard surfaces with proper cleaning agents. *Remove dust from baseboards by hand with damp cloth (in normal cleanings we use the vacuum attachment tube but if you have heavy, stubborn dirt, it may need to be removed by hand, this is extra because it requires us to get on knees while running the cleaning cloth along the boards)
*Scrub out removable marks from walls with damp cloths (if you had a recent drink spill or any other accident that happened to splash on the walls, we will scrub the stain or stains out)
*Sweep chimney free of ashes
*Launder of regular clothing
*Ironing of regular clothing

MOVE IN/OUT SERVICES (different pricing)
*Same as Maintenance Cleaning, or Deluxe Cleaning YOUR choice. All we ask is that the home or apartment MUST be empty, also there will be NO laundry or change of any linens.

Please be aware we DO NOT dust chandiliers, fixtures, or knickknacks that look fragile to avoid breaking or causing them to fall, however we try our best to remove any visible cobwebs hanging from them. There you will be able to see estimated home cleaning prices of what your most likely to pay for your maid service.
*How do I chose the cleaning service or frequency better suited for me?
The cleanings cost less as they go down the line, your budget may come into mind here. Also here is something else to think about, in the Deluxe cleaning service major work is included like washing of linens, towels, and removing of cobwebs on ceilings, walls and such, so if you are ok with doing your own linens and towels, leave the clean set of linens on the beds that you want changed and they will be striped of the old set and made with the clean set. If laundering your own towels and linens is no sweat then consider the Maintenance Cleaning were no laundry is done. As for the cobwebs, how often do you see a new cobweb in your home? If you see them very seldom, then the Deluxe Cleaning would be useless work since that duster would be runned across the walls and ceiling only to pick up no cobwebs, more importantly you just paid for that useless service. Also consider your animals, do they shed alot, or not at all. In the Deluxe Cleaning Package sofas are vacuumed to remove pet hairs, but if you feel that would be useless work as well, then you want to consider the Maintenance Cleaning Package.
On the other hand, do you have what we consider a "high traffic home" were there is multiple people living in it, or your home is one of those that seems to collect an excessive amount of dust very often, if this is your home maybe the Deluxe Cleaning would be what you need. If you keep it clean but have animals or small children that bring germs in often then the Deluxe Cleaning would be a good option.
Ultimately it is up to you, you can go back and forth with your home cleaning as often as you want to, or you can stick to one home cleaning.
*Cannot decide?
Most clients always chose the deep cleaning aka Deluxe Cleaning Package for their first time maid service. If you are looking at seldom cleanings or one time cleanings then it is best to stick with the Deluxe Cleaning everytime since your home will probably go back to the state it was in the first time around. If you will want maid service on a recurrent basis, after the first time cleaning service try going down to the Maintenance Cleaning Package, you do not have to stick with one or the other. So even if you cannot decide now, or think you want a cetain package but later decide to go with the different one that is fine as well.
*What if I don't quite want any of those cleanings, my ideal cleaning is a mix of a any of the two?
No problem! We call that further tailoring your cleaning service needs. If this is your case, just let us know, the prices are not set in stone like other companies may have them, we will listen to your customized list and what you want to switch around or eliminate and give you your prices accordingly, whether it be more or less.
For those that have visited us before on the internet, and are wondering why the change in cleaning service, well we decided to break up into the two service packages being Maintenance, and Deluxe due to this ever changing economy. We still want to help everyone that requires of our services, but realize some people are now on stricter budgets as we all may be these days, also some people do not wish for a complete cleaning everytime. As you will notice the bare essentials are still in our two cleaning packages because we do not compromise a truly clean home for a lesser price, only minor changes here and there.
