Our Vacant Touch Up services are done in home that have already had a thorough move out cleaning and in need of a fresh clean look.
Sometimes foot traffic from people viewing it creates dirt and dust, also normal dust resettlement constantly occurs, a Touch Up is preferred in these cases and are less expensive than the Deluxe Move in/out services.
Make Ready
If you are a property manager/owner/agent and are in need of make ready,
during construction, post construction cleanings, touch up, we would like to be
your go to cleaning service.
As you may know we provide quality residential cleaning services for
regular homes with owners/tenants living in them, but we also are
experienced in make ready work.
We have worked for several property companies that do work in selling
and renting their properties. Some companies own rental homes and
apartments which we frequent in between tenants. Other companies create
new construction homes and condos, which we clean during and after the
construction.

With make ready
homes/condos/town homes/apartments we provide our services on an as
needed basis, if you have multiple units needing cleaning services we
will be happy to schedule a big part of the day or an entire day, we can
also schedule days at a time depending on the amount of time each unit
will take to complete. We hold our deadlines seriously and will get
your units cleaned by your desired deadline.
Our teams are two per team, we can schedule one time, two or more as needed to meet your deadline.
We have all of our own supplies and equipment. Our maids are all
employees, this is to assure you and your company will not be held
responsible for anything or anyone.
You will also have access to our customer web access which you may use
to view your statements, invoices, feedback, cancel a cleaning, and
more! This feature is very popular for those busy property managers,
owners, and agents that prefer to conduct their business with us on
their time.
