Our Process:
Would you prefer to meet us personally? Do you have any specifics about your home or your way of cleaning that is better said in person? Do you prefer an exact price for your cleaning service rather than a range quote (estimate)? If you answered "YES" to any of the questions then we definitely recommend an in-home quote/interview. We can almost always schedule in-home quotes as early as same-day, next-day, from 7am to 8pm, also they are FREE of charge.

* First is the cleaning service quote. There is various ways to get your quote. You may either call to request a quote over the phone, request an in-home quote (which at that point we would determine your final set price), or go to our handy online page under the "Free Cleaning Quotes" tab, for a free Dallas house cleaning quote. If you do it online we will certaintly get back to you with a cleaning service quote asap. We check online quotes during business days/hours.
Also if you do not wish to contact us, and just want an upfront estimated maid service price, we have now added a neat Price Estimate Chart were you may get an idea of what you are most likely to pay, find it in the Cleaning Rates section.

TRUTH ABOUT IN-HOME QUOTES OR ESTIMATE also called IN-HOME INTERVIEWS Many companies/franchises DO NOT do online quotes or phone quotes, much less place their cleaning service prices online as a way to do an in-home quote that is "more accurate" or "tailored specifically to you" while an in-home quote is indeed more accurate this is used as a way to get into your home and therefore make you less likely to say "no". The TRUTH is many companies have the base pricing and add or subtract accordingly depending on what you want or what your tailored needs will be. We have no problem letting you know over the phone/online what you may expect to pay and you decide if you want to accept or not. We do in-home quotes solely based on your decision. Zena's Detailed Maids will NEVER pressure you into an in-home quote as a way of getting a client, we let our cleanings speak for themselves and that is how we keep 'em coming back for more!
Did you receive your online/phone cleaning service quote or have an idea of what you expect to pay?
Once you have gotten your Dallas house cleaning quote or have seen our Price Estimate Table and wish to continue. You may contact us back, call or email online. At that point we will go over any details and/or special circumstances. Next we will set up a mutual time to go over to your home for the first time cleaning service. Alternatively, if you would like to meet your representative prior to the first time cleaning, we may set this up as well at your convenience, at that point you may ask her about the company, point out your petpeeves, and any other questions you may have, we consider this to be an in-home interview, we like doing these types of "meet and greet" type visits since it also gives us a chance to go over what we do, how we do it, so forth, and of course, they are free.
However, many Dallas house cleaning clients just do not have the time and want to go straight to the cleaning service, that is completely fine as well, just let us know what you would like to do. If you will not be there we will leave you our information papers for you to go over at your convenienve, also you may certainly leave a note if you feel we should be aware of anything (examples: certain sink not working, do not touch a certain area, etc..)
You do not have to be there for the first time cleaning service or any further cleanings for that matter. If you chose NO interview you can still be there to briefly greet for the first time cleaning, then you may either leave or stay home. We are not particular of clients wanting to be home (specially those that work from home) when we are cleaning, however, we do ask to have appropriate space in order to do our work without distractions. We can start in your room or office room if you like, in order to give you your space back as soon as possible.

Compare Cleanings to see what suits you best. For first timers we recommend the Deluxe Cleaning, then, if you wish to do recurrent services, continue with Maintenance Cleanings. Every so often request a Deluxe Cleaning as you see fit.

*LAUNDRY - If you requested laundry services (it is included in the Deluxe Cleaning Package) and are going to want the linens washed please leave the clean set on your bed. If you only have one set please let us know if you would like us to wash and place back the same set. For laundering of towels, leave the pile in the designated area. If all cleaning is done and the dryer is still going we may leave the last load in the dryer. This happens rarely, but once in a while we get those stubborn towels that refuse to dry, usually only a couple will be left drying. (***Please advise us prior to your cleaning service or at the very beginning of your cleaning if you are requesting laundry services, this is to avoid starting laundry in the middle or towards the end of the cleaning, since nothing will dry in time.***)
*FEEDBACK - After the first time maid service we will go over the cleaning with you to make sure you are satisfied before we leave. If you are not home for that first time cleaning, go ahead and check your home once you arrive as well as the areas you were concerned about, we want to make sure you are satisfied, then go to our feedback form here, once you submit the form we will instantly be able to review it. Let us know at your cleaning appointment, or by emailing, or calling us, or in the feedback form, if you would like to set up once a week, every other week, or monthly cleanings we will certainly accomodate you into our appointment schedule.
*Please be aware that cancelling or rescheduling often may increase normal cleaning fee since skipping a few maid service visits may result in your home accumulating alot more dust, etc... which requires more time than normal to clean all over again.
*That is it! As you can see its a pretty simple and fun process because the end result is something great to come home to!

*Are you concerned of something breaking or something missing? We have yet to have an incident were something went terribly wrong, but for our mutual peace of mind we are Fully Insured and Bonded with a certificate of proof available upon request.

*How is your maid service going? Does something need change? Is a certain chemical too strong or just not cutting out? Has your maid pointed out (either told you directly or had the message emailed to you) anything you should be aware of and you are glad she did (example: mold under a cabinet)? Is the cleaning service excellent?
We like 'em all, complaints, comments, compliments. Reason being, they are a huge part of our maid service improvement, re-work of a certain process, and overall they are what we need to know if we are improving, staying competative and so on. Most of our Dallas house cleaning clients run hectic schedules and do not have time to call us during our open hours. To accommodate this we have developed a NEW emailing system.
